"With the objective to consolidate a network of Institutional Collaboration, between academic and students, the Independent University of Baja California had the visit of Friedrich Scheneider Vicerector de International Relations and Luis Garci'a Advisory Morón of international Relations of the University Johannes Kepler in Linz Austria. This way, the UABC initiates relations through programs of mobility between students, professors and investigators of both universities, in the areas of engineering's, economic-administrative and social.

The program of student mobility initiated for degree young people but as of the last year it included students who were attending some Masters or Doctorate. With this the universe of possibilities was extended enriching the program. Until today interchange with universities of the United States exists, Canada, Chile; in Europe with Spain, Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria. Interchange with Australia in addition to enough national universities also exists.
Knowing other cultures, knowing other forms to think and other ways to have access to the learning, that come to enrich much to the student motivating the process of intellectual maturation as much as academic without leaving of side the personal maturation, becoming a very important valoral process."
